PoMaTo Ltd is a technology and software provider. PoMaTo Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

PoMaTo provides research tools, quantitative models, portfolio analysis, portfolio construction and optimisation functionality, workflow controls, implementation support, monitoring, reconciliation and reporting. These capabilities operate on data, assumptions, investment universes, objectives, parameters and constraints selected or approved by users.

PoMaTo does not provide personalised investment advice and does not exercise discretionary investment authority over user portfolios or connected brokerage accounts. Users remain responsible for their investment decisions and for deciding whether to implement any analytical or portfolio output.

PoMaTo does not hold client money or custody client assets. Cash and financial instruments remain with the user's chosen broker or custodian.

Where broker connectivity is enabled, PoMaTo provides a technical interface through which the user can prepare, review and expressly authorise transaction instructions. 

Those user-controlled instructions are communicated through third-party connectivity infrastructure, including SnapTrade where applicable, to the user's connected broker. PoMaTo does not act as the executing broker. The connected broker is responsible for accepting, rejecting and executing orders and for the brokerage and custody relationship.

Third-party connectivity and brokerage services are governed by the terms of the relevant provider. Availability may vary by broker, account type, instrument and jurisdiction.

PoMaTo's analytical models may generate scores, rankings, estimates, target allocations, portfolio differences or implementation outputs. These are computational outputs and are not guarantees of future performance. Users should evaluate the assumptions, limitations and appropriateness of all outputs for their own purposes.

Backtests, simulations and scenario analyses are hypothetical unless expressly identified otherwise. They may not reflect real trading conditions, transaction costs, taxes, liquidity constraints or market impact. Past performance and modelled performance are not reliable indicators of future results.

Market and third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. PoMaTo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party brokerage or data services.

Nothing on the website or platform constitutes legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing is intended as an offer, invitation or solicitation by PoMaTo to enter into a particular investment transaction.
