PoMaTo Broker Connectivity & User-Directed Trading Disclosure

 Effective date: 02/10/2026

Broker connectivity

PoMaTo may allow eligible users to connect an existing brokerage account through third-party connectivity infrastructure, including SnapTrade. The brokerage account remains with the user's chosen broker and is governed by the broker's own terms.

User authority

The user retains sole authority over investment decisions and transaction instructions. PoMaTo does not exercise discretionary authority over a connected account and does not independently determine whether a transaction should be made.

Transaction confirmation

Before a trade-enabled instruction is communicated, the user must review the transaction details presented in the interface and expressly confirm the instruction. The user is responsible for verifying the account, instrument, side, quantity or notional, order type, price or limit information and any available fee or order-impact information.

Role of PoMaTo

PoMaTo provides the technical interface through which the user's own transaction instruction is prepared, reviewed and communicated through third-party connectivity infrastructure to the connected broker. PoMaTo does not act as the executing broker, does not hold client money and does not custody securities.

Role of SnapTrade and the broker

SnapTrade provides brokerage-connectivity infrastructure under its applicable end-user and developer terms. The connected broker is responsible for accepting, rejecting and executing orders and for the brokerage and custody relationship.

Execution risk

Order availability, execution method, execution price, timing, partial fills, rejection and settlement depend on the connected broker, market conditions and third-party systems. A preview or estimated impact is not a guarantee of execution or price.

Disconnecting access

Users should be able to revoke or disconnect brokerage connectivity through the available PoMaTo, SnapTrade or broker controls. Disconnection may not remove records that PoMaTo must retain for security, audit, legal or dispute purposes.

Suggested confirmation-screen text

By selecting Confirm, you instruct that the transaction shown above be communicated through SnapTrade to your connected broker. You confirm that you have reviewed the account, instrument, side, quantity/notional, order type and available cost/impact information. PoMaTo does not exercise investment discretion and is not the executing broker.
